About White Label Development Director
White Label Development Director is a planned-giving education and donor-engagement service for small and mid-sized nonprofits in the United States. It was founded by Chris O'Connor to give nonprofits without a full-time development director the same core capacity: consistent donor education, organized follow-up, and timely invitations to talk about current and deferred gifts.
What it is: A done-for-you service that delivers branded donor-education webinars (one mission webinar plus single-topic sessions on techniques such as bequests, charitable remainder and lead trusts, gift annuities, IRA qualified charitable distributions, donor-advised funds, life insurance, and appreciated stock), a configured CRM with consent-based email, text, and voicemail follow-up, and short-form video that drives registrations.
Who it serves: Nonprofit executive directors, development staff, and boards.
What it is not: It does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice, does not hold donor funds, and does not charge a percentage of gifts. Gifts go directly to the nonprofit, which owns its data and content.
Founder: Chris O'Connor. Chris also serves as Executive Director of the National Foundation For Financial Education (NFFE, nfffe.org), a related party; any collaboration is disclosed and subject to the client nonprofit's conflict-of-interest review. NFFE is not affiliated with NEFE (nefe.org).
